Booking Policy

Applies to All Services | Enforced Without Exception

At NJ Aesthetics & Beauty Bar, we pride ourselves on delivering a luxury, personalized experience. To maintain a high level of service and professionalism, the following policies are in place and strictly enforced:

 

🔒 Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. No refunds will be issued for canceled or missed appointments. No exceptions.

 

📆 Cancellations & No-Shows

All cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is lost, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.

Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are considered no-shows.

 

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

If you experience a medical emergency or verified urgent matter, you may reschedule your appointment one time without losing your deposit.

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and documentation may be required. Reschedules beyond that will require a new deposit.

 

🚗 Travel & Mobile Service Fee

For in-home concierge services, a travel fee of $75+ (based on distance) will be added to your total.

Travel services must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. We do not travel for appointments under $150 total value.

 

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will lose their deposit.

This protects the time and experience of all clients.

 

💳 Payment Terms

Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards.

No personal checks. No Pay Later or payment plans.

 

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is rude, disruptive, appears intoxicated, has poor hygiene, or presents a health risk.

Your safety and ours come first.

 

🔞 Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable or advanced aesthetic services.

Valid ID may be required. Minors are not allowed in the treatment room.

 

📋 Consultation Requirement

Certain services (e.g., Botox, Dermal Fillers, PDO Threads) require a consultation and signed consent.

Failure to complete required forms may result in service refusal and loss of deposit.
